Following this Regional Executive meeting on 22nd Feb where the Regional Chair updated members on the planned changes from Executive Committee to Trustee Boards, he has received an email from Graham Haddock, Transformation Lead, Scouts Scotland, advising that there will be no changes made to Executive Committees in Scotland until September 2023 at the earliest.
This changes from Scouts Scotland gives me the opportunity to fully understand the changes and their implications before meeting with DC’s, GSL’s, District and Group Chairs to consider the implementation of the new Trustee Boards.
