Hardie Webster Competition

Information packs and joining instructions for this year’s Hardie/Webster Camping Competition have been emailed to leaders. I hope you will consider entering a competition or training team from your troop. This is a chance for Scouts to show what they are capable of, learn new skills and have an epic weekend. It is also a learning opportunity for leaders too.

The dates of this year’s competition is the 30th August – 1st September.

Patrols must be submitted by Monday 19th August at the latest.

Once participant numbers and volunteers are know I will submit a Nan Form for the event. A meeting will be arranged for volunteers prior to the event.

No real changes to last year’s format which was well received by the patrols and leaders. One slight amendment made within the rules to clarify that kitchenware can remain in the kitchen shelter provided it is adequately stored.
